Megram Group
Formerly Elmich Group established in 1995 in the Czech Republic, Megram Group is proud to be a multidisciplinary corporation producing and providing products and services of European standards. Throughout its development, MEGRAM Group has expanded its business and focused on five main business sectors: Housewares, food and wine, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment, Hi-tech Agriculture, and Logistics.

Currently, MEGRAM Group and its member firms are present in most provinces of Vietnam with over 1,600 employees. The Group advocates economic development in the direction of associating business interests with community benefits, creating a green ecosystem, and spreading European quality and values to the Vietnamese families and community.
Elmich Joint Stock Company (ELMICH) is a member of Elmich Group of Europe, established in May 2011 with an initial charter capital of VND 70 billion.
2011
Elmich Joint Stock Company expanded its business by investing into high-tech agriculture with Biocont Vietnam Joint Stock Company (BIOCONT), and food and beverages with the acquisition of Lam Dong Foods Joint Stock Company (LADOFOODS) - the sole proprietorship of Vang Da Lat trademark.
2012
Elmich houseware manufacturing factory was inaugurated in Ha Nam province, on an area of over 5 hectares, with the most advanced production line in Vietnam and the region, boasting a production capacity of over 3 million finished products per year.
2015
Expanded investment in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment with the acquisition of Danang Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (DAPHARCO).
2016
Megram Group officially entered the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) with the security code "MEG", marking a significant milestone of the Megram Group developments, opening up new opportunities and success for the Group.
